 Chiquitta " Elegeant "Hills is a Florida native born and raised in the city of Miami and the tough streets of Liberty City. She has always been known for her strong R&B voice as well as her unique taste in fashion. Most of her friends and colleagues would describe her as very different. Elegeant always admired the Hollywood Lifestyle and always had a passion for Entertainment to run a successful business. Elegeant is also known as a woman who wears many hats in the entertainment industry. Elegeant has played the role of many characters in this industry. Starting as an R & B Artist, Motivational Speaker, reaching out to teen moms. Elegeant was a teen mom at 17 years of age. She became one of the hottest female Promoters/Managers in the South Dade / Miami Area. Elegeant is known for her sharp managerial skills and she is considered a bold and daring woman in this industry, Elegeant is currently managing one of Miami up & coming artist out of the Homestead area named Step-Ezz. She wore many of hats as a mom and manager. In 2011 Elegeant begin doing Celebrity Bookings and collaborated with Unique Sports And Entertainment Group. Elegeant clients consist of Q from Day26, Video Vixen /Entrepreneur  Keyshia Ka'oir , and Pooch Hall from BET Television Series The Game who play as Derwin Davis , also Natalie Nunn from VH1 Bad Girls Club, Sunshine Anderson and the late and legendary Betty Wright. In 2018 Elegeant booked one of her childhood favorite artists Shirley Murdock for a Christmas ( JINGLE and MINGLE ) fundraiser event during this process of her life she decided  to take her talents to another level.
